For a permanent house — yes. We fully assist with the documentation and the design paperwork.
In stages, by contract, with clear payment schemes (Scheme A and B). You pay in Bulgaria — no large advance upfront.

Yes. The walls use EPS or rock-wool insulation and the PVC windows come with double or triple glazing — warm in winter, cool in summer.
The foundation is a separate service — indicatively 108–180 €/m² incl. VAT. The exact price is set after a site visit and measurement.
The metal structure is galvanised steel, unaffected by moisture and pests. With proper maintenance the home lasts for decades.
