Every listed price is the advanced shell stage (до тапа) price and is all-inclusive of exactly six things: the structure and construction, insulation, joinery (windows and doors), on-site assembly, transport and delivery, and all taxes including VAT — so there are no hidden surprises. At this stage the house is delivered as a complete, enclosed structure ready for you to add your own final interior finishes. To give a sense of cost, a pressed-panel single-storey home at advanced shell stage works out to roughly €24,000 for 60 m², €30,400 for 80 m², €36,000 for 100 m² and €43,200 for 120 m². What is not included in the listed price?
The advanced shell stage price does not include the foundation, building permits, land, utility connections, or the final interior finishes such as flooring, painting and the kitchen or bathroom fit-out. Those final finishes are part of our separate turnkey package.
